ACIOH projects focus on developing and implementing evidence-based, culturally appropriate models of care that are effective in improving clinical practice and patient outcomes and are cost-effective and efficient for healthcare services.
We work closely with consumers and stakeholders from conceptualisation to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability of the models of care. There is strong focus on increasing community oral health awareness and the competency of the workforce through the development of appropriate oral health resources, continuing professional development programs and undergraduate training.
